Total Body Workout - Drop In


The classes will change daily to beat boredom and keep your body guessing! Some days, classes will incorporate boxing, kickboxing, dance and calisthenics. Other days, high-intensity cardiovascular movements and bodyweight exercises that will boost heart rate and create definition.

  • Mondays - Thursdays (No class Fridays)
    Morning 5:30am & 6:30am
    Evening 5pm & 6pm

  • Saturdays
    9am & 10am
